Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our small batch items we do not accept returns. Yet we gladly accept exchanges and you will have 7 days to complete your exchange.

To complete an exchange please use contact link here within 3 days of delivery. You will have 7 days from delivery to ship your items back.

The Following Items Cannot Be Exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Before Purchasing

• Take a minute to measure yourself and feel free to ask a lot of questions in regards to the fabric weight, sizing and style. I am here to help and will do whatever I can to make sure it's the right garment for you.

• Naturally dyed garments: Unlike synthetic commercial dyes, plant dyed clothing is inconsistent and in many ways that is it’s natural wabi sabi beauty. Without harsh chemicals, the fabric will have fibers that will pick up the dye deeper in some areas and other areas on the same garment will be slightly softer. That is completely normal and is the organic nature of artisan quality clothing and textiles dyed naturally by hand.

• Clothing that has natural inconsistencies in dye is a traditional and beautiful part of the organic dye process and is not accepted as a return.

• If you have purchased an item it means you have read over my policies and are in agreement.
